Every tee is designed and printed by Charlotte. Creating sophisticated but simple designs. 100% sustainable cotton t-shirts have been made in Portugal and printed by hand in the UK, using eco friendly ink. Being fair and eco friendly without comprising on quality is our constant aim. Your t-shirt will be a luxury item that can be continually washed, worn and admired.
If you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange, e-mail us within 14 days. I try to be paper free as much as possible and have found sending out returns slips to be wasteful, so just e-mail with your concern and we will amend or refund your order. Returns or exchanges can only be accepted on unworn garments. We strongly recommend that you send your return via recorded mail to track your return. As soon as we receive the return or exchange we will refund your monies back to you.

Do you provide International delivery?
We currently ship to the UK, USA and Europe. If you live outside of these zones please contact us, about pricing and if we can post to you.
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange, simply e-mail us within 14 days . We strongly reccommend that you send your return via recorded mail to track your return. If you have any queries, email us for help.
What is your returns policy?
As long as the garment is unworn, you will get a full refund as soon as we receive the item. You have 14 days to change your mind.
How long after I place my order will it be despatched?
Every item is hand printed to order. We aim to get your order out, and in the post the next day. So you should get your order within a few days. I often post on social media when I'm printing so keep an eye out after your've placed an order because chances are you will see your tee or sweatshirt being printed.
How will you store my data?
This website is run via wix.com. E-mail newsletters are mailed out with wix.com, and stored on wix.com. No third party mail systems are used. If you wish to no longer receive the email newsletters you can stop them by either emailing me at , or by clicking the link to stop receiving newsletters, which you can find at the bottom of every newsletter. Once you take this action your e-mail address will be deleted and will no longer be stored in my website mail system. If you have made a purchase your transaction history is stored in the wix.com back office. Only myself, Charlotte West, will be able to access your transaction history and this is kept for legal reasons. If you wish to see this data just e-mail me, , and I will show you exactly what I can see. If you made a payment through paypal, only I can access this transaction data through paypal.com and will not delete any transaction data but can show you exactly what I can see.
How do I track my order?
We can track your order if you have not received it within the advised time line. (2-5 working days for all 2nd class packages and 1 working day if you paid to upgrade to a 1st class service.) All packages are sent with Royal Mail. E-mail us with your query and we will get back to you.
What are your delivery options?
We offer a Royal Mail 2nd class service, the delivery time is 2-5 working days once your order has been processed. If you would like your tee the next working day then you can pay to upgrade to a 1st class Royal Mail service at a cost of £3. Tracked shipping to USA cost £7 with an estimated 5-10 working days delivery. Tracked European orders cost £5 with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days.
When will payment be taken?
Once you've paid for your tee and your card is valid and the payment is authorised by your bank, your purchase will be debited immediately. You will receive an email order confirmation and a summary of the products purchased and the method of payment used. If you encounter an issue with your order payment, please check your payment conditions with your bank.
